6哈尔滨工业大学材料与化学工程(化学工程方向)研究生培养的探索与实践姚忠平*,丛培林,郝苏,蒋兆华,黄玉东哈尔滨工业大学化学化工学院,哈尔滨150001摘要:运用工程教育范式的概念,分析了哈尔滨工业大学材料与化学工程(化学工程领域)硕士研究生培养的现状及存在的主要问题。结合哈工大化学工程学科“一场”(新化学材料领域)和“两场”(电化学工程和高分子材料工程)的专业方向,以培养化工领域行业领军人才和高层次人才为目标,对培养方案的修订、课程建设、工程实践能力和创新能力的培养措施进行了探索和实践。
