Analyses of the admissions and employment data show the positive effects of the reform. 结合地方应用型高校的实际情况，论述了构建材料化学本科人才培养模式的必要性和紧迫性。重点介绍了课程改革、教学改革、实验教学改革、校外实践改革、专业师资培养、差别化发展、与地方经济接轨等方面的有益经验。对招生和就业数据的分析显示了改革的积极效果。在政策引导和教产融合模式下，构建了适合地方应用型大学的稳定有效的人才培养模式。

Construction Research on the Undergraduate Training Model of Material Chemistry of Local Application-Oriented Universities

: Based on the actual situation of local application-oriented universities, the necessity and urgency for constructing the undergraduate training model of materials chemistry are addressed.
