摘要

针对铁铝土矿综合利用面临的挑战,研究了矿石与钠石灰的相互作用,以及钠灰与石灰在保温过程中的相互作用。研究表明,在还原气氛下,矿石中的大部分Fe2O3被还原为铁,只有少部分Al2O3转化为铝酸钠,其余仍以铝硅酸钠或刚玉的形式存在,而不是铝酸钠,导致Na2O和Al2O3的溶解速率较低。这是由于CaO活性低,硅酸铝钠中的Na2O和Al2O3不能完全置换所致。由于低活性石灰的稀释作用,降低了纯碱的相对含量。因此,铁质铝土矿与纯碱的相互作用减弱。
