摘要

对MDYB-3 PMMA在不同应力下的蠕变进行了一系列的室温蠕变试验。研究了蠕变作用下从裂纹萌生、生长到试样断裂的全过程,发现PMMA中的裂纹呈现稀疏与密集的交替分布,且与荷载垂直。基于实验数据和分析,给出了应力与起裂时间的关系,量化了起裂时间随应力的增加而非线性缩短。采用基于双曲函数的非线性拟合方法,建立了MDYB-3 PMMA裂纹损伤密度随应力和时间变化的模型。
