Method: This study was a semi-experimental work with pretest-posttest design and control group. The statistical population included mothers of children with specific learning disability referring to Talash clinic in district 1 of Tehran in 2017-2018. 30 mothers of children with specific learning disability were chosen as samples and randomly were divided into 2 groups (control and experimental). The experimental group was exposed to 8 sessions of couples’ relations enrichment based on emotion-focused therapy. Then, post-test was performed. For data collection, Ryff’s psychological well-being scale, Revised Dyadic Adjustment Scale and marital satisfaction questionnaire were used. Data analysis was conducted using MANCOVA.
