摘要

足球一直是中国体育院校的传统项目，深受广大师生的喜爱，但传统的足球通识课教学模式已经不能满足当代高质量教学的要求。笔者将“比赛导训”模式引入普通足球课程进行教学实验研究。通过对四人赛和六人赛技术数据统计和专项技术测试的对比分析，笔者发现这种教学模式比传统的足球通识课更有利于学生足球技术、技术水平和竞争能力的提高。
