Methods 1To treat infective raw surface by vacuum sealing drainage dressing. Observe the clinical therapy and nursing efficacy. Results From November 2008 to October 2010,thirty patients of infective raw surface were treated by this method. The good function and certain result were achieved. The clinical therapy and nursing results were satisfactory with no complications. Conclusion Treatment of infective raw surface by suction wound closure therapy is an ideal and effective method for the management of infective raw surface. 摘要

目的探讨吸创面封闭治疗感染性创面的临床治疗及护理要点。方法1采用真空密封引流敷料治疗创面感染。观察临床治疗及护理效果。结果2008年11月至2010年10月对30例感染性创面患者采用该方法治疗。取得了良好的功能和一定的效果。临床治疗及护理效果满意，无并发症发生。结论吸创口闭合治疗感染性创面是治疗感染性创面的一种理想有效的方法。密切的护理观察和引流管的管理是护理的重点。关键词:吸创口闭合疗法;原始表面;护理
