Results The Ki-67 nuclear antigen in ESSs were 38% which were lower than 87% in UESs( P < 0.05 ). There was posive correlation of Ki-67 with histolegical grade between ESS and UES. 摘要

目的探讨Ki-67在子宫内膜间质瘤组织中的表达及其与组织学分级的关系。方法应用免疫组织化学EnVision法检测24例子宫内膜间质肉瘤(ESS)和12例未分化子宫内膜肉瘤(UESs)中Ki-67的表达，并分析其与危险等级的关系。结果sss组Ki-67核抗原阳性率为38%，低于UESs组87% (P < 0.05)。ESS和UES患者Ki-67水平与组织学分级呈正相关。结论Ki-67的表达可能是判断ess组织学分级的重要生物学指标。关键词:子宫内膜间质肉瘤;Ki-67核抗原;年级
