The review question was: What is the knowledge available in the literature on interventions to manage anxiety symptoms that can be used by nurses in the various health care services, in the adult population, during COVID-19? The data sources searched were: Virtual Health Library (VHL), EMBASE, PubMed, CINAHL, PsycINFo, Scopus and Web of Science. There was no limitation of year or language of publication. Results: Were analyzed 85 articles. Studies have shown that, in general, the entire adult population has experienced changes in anxiety levels during the pandemic.
