Comparison of laparoscopic and laparotomy for early detection and application value in blunt abdominal trauma

Objective To compare in blunt abdominal trauma,the application value of laparoscopic early detection and traditional laparotomy compared.Methods from 2007 March-2012 year in October at the Institute for 96 cases of blunt abdominal trauma patients,divided into laparoscopy group and laparotomy group,to observe the postoperative recovery time,ECG monitoring time oxygen inhalation time,postoperative complications and mortality.Results laparoscopic exploration group of patients postoperative ECG monitoring time,compared with the control group,(ECG monitoring time)t=17.506 (P＜0.01).(continuous oxygen time) t=5.582 (P＜0.01),postoperative recovery time compared to the control group,t=14.756 (P＜0.01),with significant statistical difference significance.The postoperative complications compared with those in control group (P＜0.05 x2=7.253).The laparoscopic group died in 10％,while the control group patients died after operation in 14 cases (30.42％),x2=4.608,P＜0.05.Conclusion laparoscopy operation early interventional therapy can effectively reduce the mortality of patients after operation,complications,time and ECG monitoring time recovery to improve the postoperative patients,monitoring time,reduce the economic burden of the patients,improve the quality of life.
