摘要

采用微带混合微波集成电路设计了一种w波段次谐波混频器。分析了二极管封装结构引入的寄生参数。然后提出了一种减小二极管寄生电容的方法。针对传统亚谐波混频器存在的过孔接地和w频段使用边耦合带通滤波器等问题,提出了一种改进的亚谐波混频器结构。在本端电压为45 GHz,中频为2.4 GHz时,测量到的最小单侧转换损耗为8db。在90 ~ 100ghz范围内,转换损耗小于10.5 dB。
