摘要

研究了不同消毒剂对日本血吸虫外植体的影响。初步筛选了适宜的接种培养基,并研究了不同浓度蔗糖对粳米配子体生长的影响。结果表明,浓度为0。配子体片段在2%洗涤剂中浸泡一段时间后,02%盐酸浸泡45- 60秒的起始培养效果最佳。无菌外植体的适宜接种培养基为ms有机培养基,添加3%蔗糖后原原菌落和幼配子体生长良好。
