Results: On the basis of the analysis of literary sources, the study of the practical experience of instructional activities, we substantiated the authors’ program of recreational and health-promoting training sessions with the instructor officers, the essence of which is to increase the amount of motor activity of the instructional staff through the use of simple and available means of general physical training, taking into account instructors’ age, their state of health, the focus of the training sessions and the time of the training sessions during the day. 摘要

目的:针对不同年龄的高等院校教官在其专业活动中具有特定学习环境的娱乐与健康促进培训方案。材料与方法:研究时间为2019-2022年。研究方法:理论分析与文献资料归纳、教学观察、编程、建模。140名不同年龄组别的教官(男)参与了研究。结果:在文献资料分析的基础上,通过对教学活动实践经验的研究,我们对作者提出的教官娱乐和促进健康训练方案进行了充实,其实质是考虑到教官的年龄、健康状况,通过使用简单易行的一般体育训练手段,增加教学人员的运动活动量。一天中训练的重点和时间。结论:在教学过程中实施作者的方案,改变了教学人员的体育训练组织,根据教师的学业负荷,根据“灵活”的时间安排进行训练;改变了普通体育训练与特殊体育训练的容积比例,增加了普通体育训练的比重;根据培训在工作日的时间安排,开办了娱乐和促进健康培训课程。
