Formação continuada de professores com metodologias ativas de ensino - Dificuldades e conquistas

O presente trabalho tem como objetivo apresentar os resultados da avaliação realizada por professores da educação básica, a respeito do planejamento e desenvolvimento de uma proposta de ensino e aprendizagem, organizada durante um curso de formação para professores da área de ciências. Fundamentado nos princípios do educar pela pesquisa, o curso, ofertado no IFRS - Campus Canoas, convidou os professores em formação a vivenciar a experiência de elaboração de uma proposta de ensino e aprendizagem que contemplasse a resolução de problemas, a aprendizagem baseada em problemas ou a contação de histórias, metodologias ativas estudadas pelo grupo e que foram organizadas considerando as adaptações necessárias ao contexto da instituição de ensino para as quais foram pensadas. Como resultados, além das características gerais dos sujeitos e instituições envolvidas, a análise de conteúdo, sem categorização prévia, realizada a partir da visão dos professores em formação, apresenta conquistas e dificuldades vivenciadas durante o desenvolvimento das propostas, dentre as quais destacam-se a motivação e o interesse explicitados pelos estudantes, a contextualização dos conceitos estudados, o professor como orientador durante a realização das atividades, bem como, a falta de estrutura das instituições de ensino e os desequilíbrios ocasionados pelas exigências da metodologias utilizadas tanto por parte dos professores quanto por parte dos estudantes. Palavras-chave: Educação Básica; Educar Pela Pesquisa; Ensino; Aprendizagem; Resolução de Problemas   Continuing education for teachers with active teaching methodologies - Difficulties and achievements Abstract: This work aims to present the results from the evaluation carried out by basic education teachers about the planning and development of a teaching and learning proposal organized during a training course for science teachers. Based on the principles of education through research, the course offered at the IFRS – Campus Canoas invited the teachers in training to experience the elaboration of a teaching and learning proposal that contemplated problem-solving, problem-based learning, or storytelling, methodologies studied by the group and which were organized considering the necessary adaptations to the context of the educational institution for which they were conceived. Besides the general characteristics of the subjects and institutions involved, the content analysis, without prior categorization, carried out from the point of view of the trainee teachers, presents the achievements and difficulties experienced during the development of the proposals. Among them, we highlight the motivation and interest shown by the students, the contextualization of the studied concepts, the teacher as a guide during the performance of the activities, as well as the lack of structure of the educational institutions and the imbalances caused by the demands of the methodologies used by both teachers and students.
