摘要

本研究的目的是评价接种巴西氮螺旋菌与氮肥联合施用对玉米基因型发育的影响。试验设计采用全随机因子设计(5x2x2), 3个重复。以5个玉米杂交种为试验材料,分别施用2种氮肥(无氮和100 kg hm -1 N)和2种接种水平(不接种和接种)的巴西孢子虫。测定了V8和R1场地的植株高度和茎粗,R1场地的叶片叶绿素含量和R2场地的干质量。结果表明,当评价参数发生变化时,这主要是由于遗传物质的不同,主要是由于接种巴西孢子虫不能有效改变玉米的发育。
