People’s work performance needs to be re-evaluated. Therefore, efficient HumanResource-Controlling (HR-Controlling) with increased use of technologies promises companies a sustainable improvement in their financial situation. This paper shows the potential of the recent digital technologies on HR-Controlling, such as Big Data or Advanced Analytics. To demonstrate the impacts of the digital transformation on HR-Controlling, an empirical study with Austrian companies has been done.
