摘要

盾构隧道施工中衬砌段处于复杂应力状态,易发生位移错位,整体位移呈上升趋势。在对注浆段进行分析的基础上,考虑静浮力和动浮力,分别对盾构隧道施工过程中的浮力进行了分析。给出了浮相段环的力学模型和计算公式。针对管片环正常设计状态与浮动状态的差异,采用改进的常规方法计算衬砌内力,并进行比较。结果表明:与正常设计状态下的管片环相比,浮动状态下管片的弯矩、剪力和轴力值分别提高了60%、51%和46%,表明管片浮动对其安全性不利;在施工阶段,管片的受力受动浮力的影响较大,动浮力大于静浮力,必须合理控制,防止管片断裂。
