Aims & Objectives: The study was undertaken co-relate the various clinical manifestations and derangement of liver and endocrine function with HCV viral replication and to find out the impact of Sofosbuvir combination therapy. Result: Derangement of liver function as indicated by Bilirubin, AST and ALT has significant corelation with active viral replication as indicated by viral load assay. Derangement of Thyroid function is also found in a third of HCV infected patients.
