After three weeks, histopathologic characteristics in the gastric mucosa were evaluated. Main measures outcome: Macroscopic damage was measured with the modified Lapas’s score, which results were compared with Mann Whitney U Test (p<0.05). Microscopic damage was also observed and its depth was measured, the obtained data were analized with the bilateral T test (p<0.05). Results: In both cases, the results were significant statiscally (p=0.009 y p<0.001, respectively). They showed that the gastric mucosa injury caused in the experimental group was more severe than in the control group. 摘要

目的:探讨长期饮用碳酸饮料对乙酰水杨酸致胃炎大鼠的影响。方法:进行不完全实验研究。参与者:雄性大鼠。方法:对照组每日口服乙酰水杨酸300 mg/kg水稀释剂,试验组每日口服碳酸饮料稀释剂。三周后,观察胃粘膜组织病理学特征。主要测量结果:肉眼损伤采用改良Lapas评分,与Mann Whitney U检验比较(p<0.05)。观察显微损伤并测量损伤深度,采用双侧T检验进行分析(p<0.05)。结果:两种情况下,结果均有统计学意义(p=0.009 p<0.001)。结果表明,实验组对胃黏膜的损伤较对照组严重。结论:长期饮用碳酸饮料对乙酰水杨酸致胃炎大鼠胃粘膜有加重作用。
