Ação comunicativa e deliberação: contribuições de Habermas à democracia

Democracy is controversial and it allows you to have an understanding, often ambiguous about it. In the present work, it is an option for thinking about democracy and Habermas presents this thought in an introductory way, placing it in the broader context of social theory of Habermas, which is the theory of communicative action. Want to understand the possibility of deliberative democracy as democratic development in Brazilian society. It is understood that a democratic theory even in another context developed world different from the Brazilian may assist in understanding Brazilian policy with regard to social reflection.
