摘要

本文成功地探讨了修改蝴蝶兰微繁规程的可能性,以简化程序,降低成本。结果表明,在保证微植物质量的前提下,可以成功地省略部分培养基成分(椰子水、谷氨酰胺、2- morpholinoethanes磺酸),用更便宜的成分(大豆粉)代替部分培养基成分(蛋白胨)。体外培养150 d后,每外植体增殖率为7、6个芽。在同一培养基上,60%的外植体生根,根大多发育良好。
