Therefore the main objective of this research was to identify the CO, a company that provides occupational health services in the city of Santa Marta, Colombia. type of quantitative research, a cross-sectional descriptive design was used not experimental . 摘要组织气候(CO)的特点是工作环境中存在的一组要素,其重要性在于涉及到员工的行为,这是由一个人对他的组织的看法所影响的,员工的动机是决定发展一项任务的,紧张的工作环境直接影响构成CO的所有维度,如人际关系,领导力等。因此,本研究的主要目的是确定CO,一家在哥伦比亚圣玛尔塔市提供职业卫生服务的公司。定量研究类型,采用横断面描述性设计,非实验性。结果表明,该组织具有足够的CO,其中最大的优势是人际关系和员工与老板的适当披露。
