The sample size consisted of 373 students from a private university in Bangladesh. 摘要

本研究考察了影响孟加拉国高等教育学生满意度的教育服务的各种因素。样本量包括来自孟加拉国一所私立大学的373名学生。研究的重点是有形和无形的教育要素,即“组织结构和设施”、“师资和教学”、“品牌和推广”、“产业联系”、“费用结构”、“经济援助”和“技能发展和课外活动”。回归分析结果显示,7个自变量均对学生满意度有正向影响,但只有“组织结构与设施”、“师资与教学”、“品牌与推广”、“行业联系”4个自变量对学生满意度有显著影响。这项研究的结果将有助于教育工作者和政策制定者采取适当的举措,通过满足客户的所有需求,在孟加拉国培养出高质量的毕业生。
