Governança no contexto das redes interorganizacionais: um estudo nos arranjos produtivos locais paranaenses a partir da abordagem institucionalista

Recognizing the diversity of actors in the interorganizational network, this study adopts the institutional perspective and a concept environment in which different groups of actors may perceive differently the same institutional context. Therefore, the study investigates how the sharing of the values of the institutional context groups of actors relates to the governance of the network in local productive arrangements (LPAs) located in Parana, Brazil. The quantitative and qualitative results showed that the differences in origin of perceived pressures. Furthermore, the study showed that the shared values regarding cooperation positively affects the configuration of governance. This provided insight into how are interactions at the local level that allow the concept of APL gain concreteness over time, indicating the possibility of thinking a corporate governance applied to APLs.
