There is an urgent surge to find an effective treatment for AD due to the social implications it poses on society.\n\n\n\nTo formulate Leuprolide acetate chitosan nanoparticles for intranasal delivery\n\n\n\nChitosan nanoparticles encapsulating leuprolide acetate were prepared using the ionic gelation method and optimized using a central composite design.
