摘要
人们必须认识到,传染病从来没有远离过人类。威胁一直就在我们身边。以严重急性呼吸综合征冠状病毒2型(SARS-CoV-Z)实验室检测为例,主要介绍了目前用于病毒性传染病病原学实验室检测的I' ej -time荧光定量PCR和血清学抗体检测技术的优点和局限性。希望对病毒性传染病特别是COVID - 19的临床诊断有所帮助。
