The data were undergone to analysis by descriptive and correlation form, where it was verified that the well-being at work is moderate, and also was found that the factors of people management policies have a perception that ranges from moderate to high, and the labor conditions factor showed the higher scores. Regarding to the correlations, there were moderate associations between factors of the construct of well-being at work, and strong correlations between factors related to people management policies.
