Effective and fast solving approaches for various optimization problems play an important role in the decision-making process and therefore, big attention is paid to the development of many exact and approximate algorithms. This paper deals only with a special class of location problems in which given number of facilities are to be chosen to minimize the objective function value. Since the exact methods are not suitable for their unpredictable computational time or memory demands, we focus here on possible usage of a special type of a particle swarm optimization algorithm transformed by discretization and meme usage into so-called discrete self-organizing migrating algorithm. In the paper, there is confirmed that it is possible to suggest a sophisticated heuristic for zero-one programming problem, which can produce near-to-optimal solution in much smaller time than the time demanded by exact methods. We introduce a special adaptation of the discrete self-organizing migration algorithm to the $p$-location problem making use of the path-relinking method. In the theoretical part of this paper, we introduce several strategies of the migration process. To verify their features and effectiveness, a computational study with real-sized benchmarks was performed. 数学建模和一般的整数规划在人类生活的不同领域有许多实际应用。各种优化问题的有效快速求解方法在决策过程中起着重要的作用,因此,许多精确和近似算法的发展受到了人们的高度重视。本文只讨论一类特殊的选址问题,在这类问题中,要选择给定数量的设施以使目标函数值最小。由于精确的方法不适合其不可预测的计算时间或内存需求,我们在这里关注一种特殊类型的粒子群优化算法的可能使用,这种算法由离散化和模因使用转化为所谓的离散自组织迁移算法。本文证实了提出一种复杂的启发式方法求解0 - 1规划问题的可能性,该方法可以在比精确方法所需的时间短得多的时间内产生接近最优的解。利用路径链接方法,对离散自组织迁移算法进行了特殊的改进。在本文的理论部分,我们介绍了迁移过程中的几种策略。为了验证它们的特性和有效性,进行了实际尺寸基准的计算研究。实验的主要目标是找到建议的解决工具的最有效的版本。
