This study aims to examine the human resource needs in the library based on the workload of library services. Workload analysis and the service quality are used as the research methods. The Workload Analysis is measured using performance indicators in five areas/coordinators in the organizational structure of the library and the service quality use five indicators/dimensions of sevice quality that have been developed from SERVQUAL. The finding suggests that there is a gap between the human resource needs with the workload and the service quality.
