To achieve the objective of the study, the research used a descriptive and analytical method, using a questionnaire for data collection. The results revealed that there was a significant effect of internal social responsibility on the organizational performance of telecommunication companies in the Republic of Yemen at the level of less than (0.05). The source of the positive impact of internal social responsibility was mainly on the ethical, economic, legal and human dimensions. As for the external social responsibility, the impact was mainly on the ethical, legal, human, and economic dimensions.It was found that the highest level of commitment of external social responsibility was mainly in the legal, moral and economic dimensions, respectively, whereas the human dimension received a medium score. As for the internal social responsibility, the commitment was mainly in the legal, economic and moral dimensions, respectively, whereas the human dimension received a medium score. 摘要

本研究旨在探讨也门共和国电信公司内部和外部社会责任承诺的现状及其对组织绩效的影响。为了达到研究的目的,本研究采用了描述性和分析性的方法,采用问卷调查的方式进行数据收集。研究结果显示,也门共和国电信公司内部社会责任对组织绩效有显著影响,且在小于(0.05)的水平上。内部社会责任的积极影响主要来自伦理、经济、法律和人的层面。外部社会责任的影响主要集中在伦理、法律、人文和经济四个方面。研究发现,对外社会责任承诺的最高水平主要分别出现在法律、道德和经济方面,而人的方面得分中等。在内部社会责任方面,承诺主要集中在法律、经济和道德方面,而人的方面得分中等。此外,也门共和国电信公司的组织绩效水平为中等。
