Since the administrations of the municipalities are elected, the administration is not permanent. In such cases, the effect of leader-member exchange on organizational commitment and job performance is not available to the best of our knowledge. For this purpose, the questionnaires collected from the employees of a municipality were analyzed by quantitative methods. Leader-Member Exchange and Job Performance in Municipalities: Mediating Effect of Organizational Commitment
