研究了迷迭香叶中的植物化学成分、总酚含量、抗氧化活性及对人前列腺(DU145)、结肠癌(CT26)和宫颈癌(HeLa 229)癌细胞的抗增殖活性。分别用己烷、二氯甲烷、乙酸乙酯和甲醇进行萃取。共鉴定出32个化合物,其中8个为首次报道。甲醇提取物的酚类物质含量最高,为476.80±0.69µg/ml,抗氧化活性最高,抑制浓度最低,为5.39±0.09 mg/ml。提取物对前列腺癌细胞的毒性最高,对宫颈癌细胞的毒性最低。
