Data was collected by a self-administered structured questionnaire in Afan Oromo, the local language. Socio-demography, HIV test history and stigma and discriminatory attitude of the students were assessed. Description of prevalence of stigma and discriminatory attitude towards people with HIV/AIDS was made using frequencies and mean score. Factors associated with stigma and discriminatory attitude were identified using t-test and one way analysis of variance.
