Results the WhatsApp® group had good acceptance and adhesion by the mothers, who were able to share their experiences, knowledge, and feelings. The main topics raised were: Breastfeeding the premature baby; Management of infant colic; Basic care of the premature baby at home; Experiences in the hospitalization of the premature baby; Challenges faced at home; Mothers' perception of the WhatsApp® group. Conclusion and implications for the practice the mothers showed insecurities and doubts about the basic care of the premature baby at home. 摘要目的分析使用WhatsApp®应用程序作为一种技术工具，帮助母亲对早产儿进行出院后随访。方法对圣保罗市内一所大学附属医院新生儿科收治的18名早产儿母亲进行定性研究。数据收集于2021年7月至11月，通过在WhatsApp®群组中留下的信息收集，用于早产儿出院后随访。使用主题内容分析对信息进行分析。结果WhatsApp®组具有良好的接受度和粘附性，妈妈们可以分享自己的经验、知识和感受。提出的主要议题是:母乳喂养早产儿;婴儿绞痛的处理;家中早产儿的基本护理;早产儿住院治疗的体会国内面临的挑战;母亲对WhatsApp®群组的看法。结论:母亲对家中早产儿基本护理存在不安全感和疑虑。在早产儿健康监测中使用WhatsApp®应用程序的策略显示了令人满意的结果，有利于对母亲的持续关怀和支持。
