摘要

目的评价互动式母乳喂养量表的信度。方法采用Pasquali量表编制方法的第三阶段,对巴西东南部一所大学医院的216名产后妇女进行了方法学研究。为评估信度,采用80%以上的一致性百分比(pa)、加权Kappa (Kp)、Gwet二阶一致性系数(AC2)和Cronbach’s alpha。结果符合率为83.33%;总体Cronbach’s alpha值为0.67;二次权和线性权的AC2系数获得了接近完美的可靠性。结论:交互式母乳喂养量表的信度评价较高,在研究人群中得到了保证工具质量的结果的证实,是一种可靠有效的评估母乳喂养过程中影响母婴互动因素的工具。
