In this paper, the author presented her views and reflections on teaching this subject for 2 years. Successful experiences and lessons learned in terms of the curriculum design, ways of building relationship with students, and the application of experiential learning in this subject were shared. A teacher’s reflection on teaching “Tomorrow’s Leaders” in university students in Hong Kong
