摘要

“明日领袖”课程是香港理工大学一门以促进本科生全人发展为目标的通识教育课程。在本文中,笔者提出了自己2年来在这门学科教学中的一些看法和思考。在课程设计、与学生建立关系的方法以及体验式学习在本学科中的应用方面,分享了成功的经验和教训。强调教师的反思性实践是促进学生有效学习和教师个人发展的基础。

A teacher’s reflection on teaching “Tomorrow’s Leaders” in university students in Hong Kong
