To help students develop qualities on resilience, a lecture on resilience is developed in a subject entitled “Tomorrow’s Leaders”. The objectives, intended learning outcomes, lecture outline and lecture materials are presented in this paper. Resilience as a focus of a subject on leadership and intrapersonal development
