Results showed that students were satisfied with the subject (perceived learning experiences, achievement of learning objectives) and teaching of the staff member. Overall, students from Faculty of Engineering and Faculty of Applied Science and Textiles showed more positive views about the subject, while less favorable SFQ ratings were observed in students of Faculty of Construction and Environment. Students’ performance in the subject was significantly predicted by their perceived teacher attributes but not subject attributes. 摘要

摘要本研究采用改进的学生反馈问卷(SFQ),考察学生对香港理工大学“明日领袖”课程的学科属性和教师素质的评价。结果显示,学生对课程内容(感知学习经验、学习目标达成情况)及教职员的教学均感到满意。总体而言,工程学院和应用科学与纺织学院的学生对该学科表现出更积极的看法,而建筑与环境学院的学生对SFQ的评分较低。学生对教师属性的感知显著预测学生在学科中的表现,而对学科属性没有显著预测作用。讨论了研究结果的意义。
