The proposed methodological approaches to calculating the cost-effectiveness of investments were tested at various sites of the irrigation zone of Ukraine. The results of the calculations showed that the cultivation of high-productivity hybrids of vegetables and fruit when using modern technology of drip irrigation provides high yields and standard quality of production, that is the crop production is transformed into a stable profitable business. 摘要

本文重点讨论了滴灌项目投资的成本效益评价。滴灌是一项现代、先进、高科技、环保的技术，它提供了正确的科学支持，可以在对环境造成最小影响的情况下获得高产和经济效益。在乌克兰灌溉区的各个地点测试了计算投资成本效益的拟议方法。计算结果表明，采用现代滴灌技术培育蔬菜水果高产杂交种，产量高，质量达标，即把作物生产转化为稳定的盈利业务。同时，采用评价投资可行性的现代方法将增加选择作物及其组合的管理决策的有效性，并将促进吸引投资。
