分析了参数化设计技术、参数化CAE分析技术和Excel的独特功能,提出了一种基于Excel的CAD/CAE集成方法。该方法能够自动、高效地实现CAD/CAE集成。在整个设计分析过程中,不需要人工处理。以某输出轴零件为例,验证了该方法的精度和效率。结果表明,该方法具有通用性强、实用性强的特点。该方法将为我们有效地实现产品设计,实现满足工程约束的变型设计提供关键技术支持。

A CAD/CAE integration method based on Excel
