摘要

对于KOCKS轧机来说,轧辊系统的动态特性是影响轧制产品质量的主要因素。建立了轧辊系统刚柔耦合虚拟样机。在轧制25mm - 40cr棒材的极限条件下,基于刚柔耦合虚拟样机,对空转、咬钢、稳态轧制和抛钢整个轧制过程进行了动力学分析,得到了轧辊系统的时域动态特性曲线。此外,还对辊系进行了预应力作用下的自由模态分析。研究验证了原型的合理性,为物理原型的制作提供了数据平台。
