摘要

本文主要从大学生、教师和社会的一致性三个方面进行研究。首先,建立了大学生、高校(以教师为主体)和社会三个参与者的线性系统模型。运用该模型,分析了高校教育体系对大学生技能能力培养的特点。然后依次论述了大学生与社会、教师与社会、大学生与教师的一致性。结合具体的教学方法应用,探讨学生与教师在实现个人价值和创造社会财富的过程中与社会的统一。
