摘要

目的:探讨根管充填材料选择的理论依据。方法:在常规根管准备后,66颗拔除的人前牙采用古塔-柏胶点和三种不同的封闭材料:Vitapex(组v)、Cortisomol(组pc)和Sealite ultra(组)进行封闭。采用葡萄糖微漏实验法检测冠状动脉微漏量。结果:采用Sealite ultra作为根管密封材料进行根管治疗时,充填后冠状动脉微渗漏明显少于其他两组。冠状微漏的检出时间也比其他两组晚。结论:Sealite ultra(组)的根管封闭能力优于其他两组,值得推荐使用。如果使用Vitapex和corsomol作为密封材料,根管封闭后冠状面修复应尽快做好。
