摘要

采用动电位极化、电化学阻抗谱(EIS)、盐雾试验和磷酸/铬酸溶液浸泡试验研究了封后处理对阳极氧化2195铝锂合金腐蚀行为的影响。分别用沸水、重铬酸钾、硫酸镍和硝酸铈对阳极膜进行后处理。结果表明:经阳极氧化处理的2195铝锂合金的后密封能显著提高其耐腐蚀性能。硝酸铈后处理后的阳极氧化膜的耐蚀性远优于沸水处理,但略低于重铬酸钾和硫酸镍处理。长期喷雾试验结果表明,经重铬酸钾密封处理的2195铝锂合金阳极化后的耐蚀性在4种密封处理中最高。
