2019年12月起,中国湖北省爆发新型冠状病毒病(COVID-19),部分患者出现严重急性呼吸综合征,多器官衰竭死亡病例显著。SARS-CoV-2主要通过呼吸道飞沫和密切接触传播,传染性强,目前已在全球多个国家和地区发现。现就新冠肺炎的病毒学特征、临床症状、感染机制、流行病学、研究进展及临床疗效等方面进行综述,为临床预防新冠肺炎提供新的思路
