2019年12月起，中国湖北省爆发新型冠状病毒病(COVID-19)，部分患者出现严重急性呼吸综合征，多器官衰竭死亡病例显著。SARS-CoV-2主要通过呼吸道飞沫和密切接触传播，传染性强，目前已在全球多个国家和地区发现。现就新冠肺炎的病毒学特征、临床症状、感染机制、流行病学、研究进展及临床疗效等方面进行综述，为临床预防新冠肺炎提供新的思路
