Comparatively speaking, the post-disaster school social work has had the most notable positive influence upon the psychological status of the students in the disaster-stricken areas and some influence on their learning and behavior. The effect of the post-disaster school social work is related to the mode, professional level, value orientation and interaction status of the intervention. 摘要

本研究以a基金会雅安震后救援项目为个案,采用静态组对组对比实验和焦点小组讨论相结合的方法,从心理状态、健康状态、学习状态和行为四个维度,探讨和分析灾后学校社会工作的效果及其成因。相对而言,灾后学校社会工作对灾区学生心理状态的积极影响最为显著,对他们的学习和行为也有一定的影响。灾后学校社会工作的干预效果与干预的模式、专业水平、价值取向和互动状态有关。在灾后救援中,要开展学校社会工作,完善社会工作招聘制度,提供更好的服务,建立多方参与机制,保证反馈渠道畅通,从而提高救援效果。
