摘要

目的通过共振频率分析(RFA)评价拔除后种植体与即刻拔除后种植体稳定性的差异。材料与方法将患者分为两组。A组10例患者拔牙后立即种植,然后放置临时丙烯酸树脂冠(立即加载)。B组(对照组)10例患者仅在拔牙后立即种植。选择上、下前磨牙作为拔牙后的位置。通过RFA测量(Osstell®)测量种植体稳定商(ISQ)。考虑5个时间间隔:术后即刻(T0)和每4周一次,直至植入后5个月(T1, T2, T3, T4,T5)。A组与b组比较采用独立样本Student’st检验(p< 0.05)进行统计学分析。结果在T1时,两组间ISQ值差异有统计学意义(p<0.02)。T0、T2、T3、T4、T5时ISQ评分差异无统计学意义。结论经临床评估,可以确定在拔除后部位采用锥形种植体、切换平台基台和生物活性表面进行临时修复和即刻修复可以促进骨融合,缩短愈合时间。
