The strains grew well in a variety of liquid media using a standard CO<sub>2</sub> incubator in an atmosphere of 5% CO<sub>2</sub> and moist air at 40C. GROWTH OF CAMPYLOBACTER JEJUNI IN VARIOUS MEDIA UNDER DIFFERENT ATMOSPHERIC CONDITIONS
Abstract The growth characteristics of several Campylobacter jejuni serotypes were examined using a variety of media and atmospheric conditions.
