The collected data were analyzed with SPSS (version 16). Findings – Totally, ten broad factors affecting the adoption of Web 2.0 tools by the librarians were identified. The most effective factors are job conditions, changeability, skills, competitiveness, and saving time. 摘要

目的-本文的主要目的是确定影响伊朗Hamedan大学图书馆馆员采用Web 2.0工具的因素。设计/方法/方法-在方法上，本调查采用描述性方法。本次调查的统计对象是位于伊朗哈马丹的47名学术和大学图书馆的图书馆员。数据收集的工具是根据相关文献和作者的观点制作的问卷。它由10个主要因素下的39个问题组成。收集的数据用SPSS (version 16)进行分析。调查结果——总共确定了影响图书馆员采用Web 2.0工具的十个广泛因素。最有效的因素是工作条件、可变性、技能、竞争力和节省时间。实际影响-积极有效地影响图书馆馆员，特别是Hamedan学术图书馆馆员对Web 2.0工具的采用，举办培训课程和相关工作。
