The Social Moods of Rural Residents in Southern Tyumen Oblast

This article presents the results of a public opinion survey of socioeconomic development in the countryside. The survey focused on quality of life, involvement in social and work life, and the social mood of rural residents in southern Tyumen oblast. We present arguments in favor of solving social problems through interaction between government bodies and villagers that takes their interests and opinions into account and involves them in realizing targeted agricultural development programs.
